The MAX11040 is a 4-channel, simultaneous-sampling, 19-bit analog-to-digital converter. The analog inputs accept both single-ended and differential input signals. Programmable sampling instant and output data rate make this device ideal for multiphase converter applications. The interface also allows for the daisy-chaining of up to eight devices with a single chip-select signal.
